【 Character 】 This product is white or similar white pieces.Fenbendazole is an anti-worm drug of benzimidazole. Its mechanism of action is that it binds to the microtubule protein of nematode to exert insect repellent effect. The anti-insect spectrum is not as broad as albendazole, and the effect is slightly stronger. It is effective against Parascaris equi, adult and larva of equi, Prevoschella viviparis, common Strongylodes, toothless Strongylodes equi and small Strongylodes. It is highly effective against the adult and larva of Haemoncus, Osterodes, Trichostrongylus, acrostoma, Gracilis, Cupressus, oesophagostoma and Dictyura viviparis. It has excellent repulting effect on the adult and larva of Haemoncus, Osteria, Trichostrongylus, Cupressus, pleninectus, obturata, Chabot, oesophagostoma, Trichocephalus and dictyocurca of sheep. In addition, it can inhibit the oviposition of most gastrointestinal nematodes. It is effective against the adult and larva of red strongyloides, roundworm and oesophagostoma. 50mg/kg daily dose for 3 days, the dog, cat hookworm, roundworm, trichocephalus has high efficiency. The daily dose of 50mg/kg was used for 5 days against feline lungworm (Strongylus oculoides). It was effective against the cat stomach nematode (C. discocephalus) for 3 days. It has good effect on gastrointestinal and respiratory nematodes of poultry.After internal administration of fenbendazole, absorption was slow in ruminants and slightly faster in monogastric animals. The peak time of blood drug concentration was 24 hours in dogs and 2-3 days in sheep. The absorbed fenbendazole is metabolized into sulfoxide (the active ofendazole) and sulfone. In cattle, sheep, and pigs, 44% to 50% of fenbendazole is excreted in its original form in feces, and less than 1% is excreted in urine. Dogs and cats do not respond to a single dose and must be treated for 3 days.

【Usage and dosage】 For internal administration: one dose, 0.5~0.75 tablets per 10kg body weight for horses, cattle, sheep and pigs; 1 to 5 pieces of poultry; 2.5 ~ 5 tablets for dogs and cats. Used for 3 days.
【Adverse reactions】According to the prescribed usage and dosage, generally will not produce adverse reactions. Due to the release of antigens by the dead parasite, anaphylaxis can occur secondary, especially at high doses. Vomiting is occasionally seen when dogs or cats are taken internally, and there has been a report of various types of leukopenia in dogs after taking the drug.

(1) Horses for food should not be used.
(2) It may be associated with teratogenic and fetal toxicity, and should not be used in the first trimester.
